Township Board
The Township Board meets the second Monday of the month at 6:00 pm.
Planning Commission Board
The Planning Commission meets the first Wednesday of the month at
6:00 pm.
Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA)
For Calendar Year 2025, the Zoning Board of Appeals tentatively meets the fourth Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm, provided there is an appeal or administrative business. Call the township to confirm the meeting (269) 663-2347 or check this website.
Fire and Ambulance Boards
The Fire Board meets the first Tuesday of every other month at 6:30 pm. The meeting months are February, April, June, August, October and December. The Ambulance Board now meets every other month on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00 pm.
Police Board
The Police Board meets the second Thursday of the month at 6:00 pm.
Wastewater Board
The Wastewater Board meets the fourth Wednesday of a month, at least four time a year, at 6:00 pm.

Adamsville Cemetery Board - Meets four times per year.

Most of the meetings are held at the Township Hall - 26225 US 12, Edwardsburg, MI. A few are held at the Edwardsburg Village Hall. Please consult Agenda Postings for location.

The Township is open Monday thru Friday 8-2. Mobile Clinic hours-1st & 3rd Monday of each month at the Presbyterian Church in Edwardsburg. Hazardous Waste & Tire Collection at Cass County Road Commission April 4 from 10am-1pm. Ontwa Township Spring Cleanup May 18 from 9am-2pm.
